This Desert Yellow Airsoft edition of the Mato German Tiger I is a fully metal, handcrafted 1/16 scale replica equipped with a functional six millimeter BB launching cannon. Built with a metal hull, metal tracks, metal running gear, torsion bar suspension, smoke and sound effects, LED flash, and full 360 degree turret rotation, this Tiger I delivers realistic firing action and premium scale detail. Every Mato tank is assembled by hand and delivered inside a custom aluminum carrying case.
Introduced in nineteen forty two as the Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger Ausf E, the Tiger I was built to counter heavily armored Allied tanks such as the Soviet T thirty four. With up to one hundred twenty millimeters of armor and the famous eighty eight millimeter KwK thirty six L fifty six gun, it became one of the most feared tanks of the war. This Mato reproduction recreates the Tiger I in Desert Yellow with all metal construction and an active Airsoft firing system.
