This is the upper hull daughterboard for the Taigen tanks. This newer style board has plugs instead of the older solder style boards but still has the solder pads on the bottom for the LED machine gun and LED headlights on the upper hull. This allows you to use the MG on the plug for tanks with turret based machine guns and make it easier to take apart and do repairs.
